Our Beginning

FOUNDED BY J.E. O’Connell in 1929 and ran until 1975 where Jim O’Connell assumed the position of CEO. Capri Hospitality Management is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 7+ hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and associates.

Currently, our hotel portfolio is comprised of 700 guest rooms across multiple select-service, extended stay, mid-scale, and previously full-service hotel brands located in primary and secondary markets. We hold franchise licenses with Hilton Worldwide and previously InterContinental Hotel Group.

Our hotel brands include Hilton Hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Headquartered near Tucson, Arizona, our corporate staff provides complete services in both business development and hotel management. We employ over 200 associates at hotels throughout the United States, located in popular destinations, including California, Washington, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
